SMS Terms & Conditions
By voluntarily opting in to receive text messages from Theatreworks Live, you agree to receive informational and operational SMS notifications related to Theatreworks Live programs and activities.
Users opt in to SMS messaging through Theatreworks Live website forms. To opt in, a user enters their mobile phone number and may optionally check an SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form. The checkbox is not pre-selected, and forms may be submitted without providing SMS consent.
The SMS consent checkbox includes the following disclosure:
I agree to receive SMS messages from Theatreworks Live regarding rehearsals, classes, volunteer activities, and event updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Account holders will see this option under their profile in My Account:
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, registration, audition, volunteering, or participation in any Theatreworks Live program or activity.
These messages may include:
- Rehearsal reminders
- Class reminders
- Volunteer reminders
- Schedule changes
- Weather cancellations
- Event updates
Message frequency varies depending on your participation in Theatreworks Live programs and activities.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

After opting in, users may receive a confirmation message similar to:
TWL: You have successfully subscribed to SMS updates. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS messages sent by Theatreworks Live are informational and operational in nature and are not used for unsolicited marketing.
SMS messages are delivered through our messaging service provider Twilio. Twilio processes phone numbers and message data solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
